Must a reporting company file a new BOI report to update a single piece of information?

Yes, updated BOI reports require all fields to be resubmitted, including the updated information. For instance, if a reporting company changes its legal name, it must file an updated BOI report with the new legal name along with previously reported, unchanged information about the company, its beneficial owners, and, if required, its company applicants.
