Is my reporting company required to report the company applicant details?

Reporting companies are only obligated to report their company applicant details if they meet specific criteria:

1. The domestic reporting company was established on or after January 1, 2024.
2. The foreign reporting company first registered to conduct business in the United States on or after January 1, 2024.

In short, reporting companies established or registered on or after January 1, 2024, must report the company applicant details. Those established or registered before this date are not required to file.
