Yes! You can enable BOIR Protect for all types of reports (Initial, Correct, Update, or Newly Exempt Entity) you file with TaxBandits.

Additionally, if BOIR Protect is enabled for the Initial report of a reporting company, any subsequent corrections or updates for the same entity will also be covered under the protection plan.
