How to Customize the Online Access Portal of My Business?

TaxBandits allows you to customize your online access portal with your business URL, logo, and theme to reflect your brand. You can choose between our two customization options.

• Default Customization
  Default portal customization applies to all recipients across payers. It allows you to personalize the portal with your own branding elements.

• Payer Specific Customization
  This option lets you customize the portal exclusively for specific payers, incorporating your brand elements. See how it works

Here, we have chosen Default Customization.

 

Choose Template:

Select the pre-built template that best suits your needs from the available options. Choose between free or premium templates, then click ‘Continue’.

 

Customize Theme:

Customize the color scheme to match your brand. Select your preferred color theme and click ‘Continue’.

 

Customize Name and URL: 

In the ‘Portal Set-Up’ window, customize the portal name and URL to feature on the secure portal. You can either use the default TaxBandits URL or create a custom URL to suit your business. Once you've completed the customization, click ‘Continue’.

 

Customize Your Logo:

Upload your business logo to personalize the secure portal and make it reflect your brand. You can also add a brand message that describes your business. Once complete, click ‘Continue’.

Note: If a logo is not provided, the first letter of your business name will be used as a logo. 

 

Email Customization:

Email Customization allows you to customize the ‘From' email address for emails sent to recipients. 

Note: You will not receive incoming emails from this email address. Recipients must use the support email address to reach you. 

 

Add Support Details:

Provide your support email address so clients can contact you with any queries. Finally, click ‘Save and Publish’.
