How to print/download 94x forms in TaxBandits?

TaxBandits allows you to download and print 94x form copies for your reference once you have transmitted the returns to the SSA. The copies will be available for you under the Distribution Center.

Follow the steps below to download your 94x form copies:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the dashboard, click Distribution Center.

• To download the transmitted 94x form copies, click the 94x forms tab. 

• Select the Tax year, Payer/Employer Name, and Form type. All the specific forms transmitted under this business will be displayed. 

• Under the Action column, you can download Form 940 and Form 8453-EMP.
