How to mask the TINs in print copies of 3921 form?

TaxBandits has a built-in feature that allows you to mask TINs. When preparing copies to mail to recipients, you can download the copies with masked TINs from the Print Center. 

This adds an extra level of security for the recipient.
Here's how to mask the TINs in recipient copies of Form 3921:

• Sign in to TaxBandits.
• In the top right corner, click Distribution Center -> Print Center and select Print 1099/W-2/1098/5498 Forms.

• Choose Tax Year and Form Series as 3921.
• Click Print Employee/Recipient Forms. 
• Forms filed for applicable employees will be listed. 

• Click Download Forms with Masked TIN, to mask the TINs in the downloaded copy. You can either download it as a ZIP folder or as a consolidated PDF.
