How do I check the status of my 5498 returns?

After transmitting 5498 returns, we will send you an email, or you can also check the status from the dashboard by following the steps below:

• Go to the 1099/W-2 dashboard and choose Business using the dropdown.
• Click Transmitted Forms to view the status of the forms submitted.
