Do you support W-2 filing for all states?

We do support Form W-2 filing with the states that mandate the filing of Form W-2. However, we do not support W-2 filing for the following states, where filing Form W-2 is not required for the current tax year.

• Alaska
• California
• Florida
• Nevada
• New Hampshire
• New York
• South Dakota
• Tennessee
• Texas
• Washington
• Wyoming

Note: If you like to file Form W-2 with the above-mentioned states, you can still fill in the state information and continue to file Form W-2 with the state agency through TaxBandits.
