How to complete Line 8 in IRS Form 1095-B?

Line 8 of IRS Form 1095-B provides information about the health coverage in which the covered individuals were enrolled. Following are the letters used to describe the type of health coverage. Please note that only one letter can be entered on this line.

A. Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP)
B. Employer-sponsored coverage
C. Government-sponsored program
D. Individual market insurance
E. Multiemployer plan
F. Other designated minimum essential coverage
G. Individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement (HRA)
