Should I attach the copy of Form 941 along with the 941-X?

No, You don't need to attach any previously filed 941 forms with Form 941-X. However, if you have filed Schedule R in the original 941 Form, you must complete Schedule R (Form 941) when correcting an aggregate Form 941.
