When is the deadline for Form 943?

Form 943 is due by January 31st each year (paper or electronic filing). However, if you paid all your taxes owed for the year with timely deposits, you can file your return until February 10, 2025.

Note: If the Form 943 due date falls on a Federal holiday or weekend, the next business day will be the due date.
