Form 94x series	Balance due
Form 941 series-941, 941-PR, 941-SS, 941-Sch R.	Your balance due must be less than $2500 to pay through a credit card.
Form 940 series - 940, 940-PR, 940-Sch R	Your balance due must be less than $500 to pay through a credit card.
Form 944	Your balance due must be less than $2500 to pay through a credit card.
