How do tax professionals get authorization from their taxpayers to e-file their 94x forms?

In TaxBandits, a user signing up as a tax professional will have the option to email a link prompting the taxpayer to e-sign Form 8453-EMP to authorize the tax professionals to electronically file and sign the 94x forms.

Alternatively, a pre-filled Form 8453-EMP may be downloaded, and the taxpayer sign the hard copy of the same.
