Do I need to send the corrected 1099 copies to the state agency?

Yes, you should send the corrected 1099 copies along with Form 1096 to the state agency. Please note that TaxBandits does not support the e-filing of state corrections for 1099 forms. You can make the corrections with us, complete the payment, download the corrected forms as PDFs, and submit them to the respective state agency.
