When is the deadline to file Form 1099-PATR?

The deadline to provide Copy B (Recipient's copy) of Form 1099-PATR to the employees is on January 31 every year. The deadline to file your Form 1099-PATR Copy A (IRS copy) with the IRS is on March 31 (Last day of February if you choose to paper file).

If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, the return must be filed within the next business day.
