Where do I find a copy of the summary Form 1096?

When you e-file 1099 forms with TaxBandits, Form 1096 isn't required. We will automatically generate it for your reference. Follow the steps below to access your copy of Form 1096:

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: From the Dashboard, navigate to the "Distribution Center."

Step 3: Under the "Print Forms" tab, select the payer for whom you need to download the summary.
 

Step 4: Click "Download 1096/W-3" next to the relevant business.

Step 5: A pop-up will appear. Under "Action," click the download symbol to download the summary form.



Your summary form will then be successfully downloaded.
