When does data sync with QuickBooks occur? Is it manual, automatic, upon login, or in real-time?

You have to manually map the values to the corresponding fields after connecting to the QuickBooks account. Also, note that this is a one-way process; the information updated in TaxBandits will not sync to your Xero or QuickBooks account. Also, make sure all the values are mapped correctly before transmitting the forms to the IRS.
