How to purchase prepaid credits in TaxBandits?

By purchasing Prepaid Credits in TaxBandits, you can maximize your savings when filing a high volume of payroll forms. You do not have to spend time making payments for our services when filing the return.

You can purchase the credits for only the forms you expect to file in TaxBandits. Moreover, the credits you purchase can be used for multiple EINs, and there is no expiration date for prepaid credits.

There are a couple of ways you can purchase prepaid credits:

• For less than 5000 forms, you can purchase the credits directly within your TaxBandits account.

• For purchasing credits for more than 5000 forms, please contact our support team at 704.684.475

Within TaxBandits Account

Step 1: From the Dashboard, click the '9-dot' menu >> Credits.

Step 2: Click the 'Add Credits' button on the Manage Credits page.

Step 3: Enter the number of credits required for each service, and the respective amount you must pay for those credits will be displayed, and then click the 'Review Your Order.'

Step 4: Here are the order details of your credits. Verify them, click the 'Complete Your Order' option, and proceed with payment.

Once you complete your payment, the credits you opt for will be added to your account. Also, you can view the order history of your purchased credits. Additionally, you can buy more credits if needed. When you file tax forms, prepaid credits will be applied, and the amount payable will be displayed based on the available credits.
