My Identity verification has been declined. How to proceed to file my return with the IRS?

Since your identity verification has been declined or failed, we are unable to process your return. Please note that you will not be able to transmit your tax forms to the IRS until we complete your identity verification process. Once verified, you will have access to transmit the forms to the IRS.
