What is BanditCollab?

BanditCollab (Team Management) is an exclusive feature from TaxBandits that allows you to add unlimited team members to your account and assign them specific roles and responsibilities with varying levels of access. Whether you're managing complex reporting tasks, coordinating with multiple team members, or ensuring that every detail is covered, BanditCollab simplifies the process, making collaboration smoother and more effective.

How BanditCollab Works

Add unlimited team members and assign roles:

Invite unlimited team members to your account and assign roles with specific access levels. Click here to learn more.

Role setting functionality:

Choose Role Settings: Select from three role systems based on your team’s structure: 

• BanditSolo: Every team member has full access to the system, enabling them to prepare, edit, approve, pay, and transmit the form.

• BanditDuo: Two roles (Preparer, Approver)

  • The preparer can prepare and edit the form copies, whereas the Approver can prepare, edit, pay, and transmit forms from the cart.

• BanditTrio: Three roles (Preparer, Approver, Transmitter)

  • The preparer is responsible for creating the forms, the Approver reviews and approves them, and the Transmitter handles the payment and submission of forms.

Assign Groups
