How to set the URL for BanditConnect?

With BanditConnect, you have the flexibility to customize your URL to reflect your business identity better. Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.  Navigate to ‘Customize BanditConnect’ from the 9-dot menu.

Step 2: On the BanditConnect page, click 'Start Customization'.

Step 3: Choose your template and click 'Continue'.

Step 4: You will now have the option to set your personalized URL under the 'BanditConnect URL' field. Make sure to choose a URL that aligns with your business name for easy recognition.

Note: Once you've set your URL, you can share it directly with the client. To use your domain instead of the TaxBizConnect domain, add the provided URL as a CNAME record to your DNS settings. This process involves accessing your domain registrar's DNS management area and entering the given URL in the CNAME section.
