How to add new payers in the Address Book?


Follow the steps below to add a new payer in the Address Book:

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account. Navigate to the ‘Address Book’ and select ‘Add Payer’ from the drop-down menu.


Step 2: Click the ‘Add Payer’ button to add a new business or employer for whom you’re required to file tax forms.


Step 3: Select how you’d like to add a new payer. TaxBandits offers the following options:

  • Manual Entry – Choose this option if you want to add the payer by entering their details manually in the required fields.

  • Bulk Import – Recommended when adding multiple payers. We offer a wide range of bulk import options to choose from. See how they work.

  • Import from Karbon – If you have payers in your Karbon account, you can choose this option to import them directly from your Karbon accounting software effortlessly. See how it works.

Here, we’ve chosen Manual Entry.


Step 4: Enter the basic details of your payer, such as name, EIN or SSN, and other relevant information in the respective fields. Verify that the information is correct and click ‘Save’.


Once saved, the payer details will be added to your Address Book, and you can pull their information when filing tax forms.
