What is the cut-off time for filing 94x, 1099, and W-2 on January 31, 2025?

The forms you file before the cut-off time will be sent to the agencies on time. Due to the peak season, we cannot guarantee timely filing for the forms you file after the cut-off time. To avoid last-minute hassles, make sure you file forms before the cut-off time.

The cut-off time for filing 94x, 1099, and W-2 is given below:

• Form 94x - January 31, 2025, 11.59 PM EST  
• Form 1099 Filing - January 31, 2025, 10.00 PM EST
• Form W-2 Filing - January 31, 2025, 10.00 PM EST
• For Postal Mailing Orders - January 30, 2025, 10.00 PM (EST)

If you place postal orders after the cut-off time, we cannot guarantee that recipient copies will be postmarked by January 31, 2025.
