There is no specific threshold for filing Form 1099-K in the state of Florida. The reporting requirements align with IRS threshold guidelines, which state:
- Payment settlement entities must file Form 1099-K if payments received through third-party network transactions exceed $20,000 and there are more than 200 transactions during the year.
Additional Requirements
The State of Florida does not require any additional forms to be filed along with Form 1099-K.
Due Date
The deadline to file Form 1099-K with the State of Florida is 30 days after the federal 1099-K due date, which is April 30th.
Note: If this due date falls on a weekend or a federal holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
