  • Payment settlement entities must file Form 1099-K if payments received through third-party network transactions exceed $20,000 and there are more than 200 transactions during the year.

Additional Requirements

Due Date
The deadline to file Form 1099-K with the State of Florida is 30 days after the federal 1099-K due date, which is April 30th.
