A reporting company should identify all individuals with an ownership interest in the reporting company. If any of the following met, considered as an ownership interest:

  • Equity, stock, or voting rights.
  •  A capital or profit interest.
  • Convertible instruments
  • Options or other non-binding privileges to buy or sell any of the preceding,
  • Other instruments, contracts, or other mechanisms are used to establish ownership.
