Where do I find a copy of the summary form W-3?

Form W-3 can be viewed and downloaded from the Distribution Center for your records. It is not necessary to e-file Form W-3 separately. When you e-file form W-2 with TaxBandits, form W-3 will also be transmitted to the required agency. 

Follow the steps below to access a copy of your summary Form W-3:

• From the Dashboard, click Distribution Center.

• Use filters to select the Tax year, Form type, Business Name, and form distribution status. Once selected, click "Go". The businesses in your account will be displayed based on the filters you applied. 

• To download a copy of the summary Form W-3, click Print Forms next to the business. 

• Select the Form Type as W-2 and then click "Go." You will see the section which is grouped as 

1. Recipient Copies (Employee Copies for 1099/W-2/1098/5498 forms)
2. Payer Copies (Employer Copies for 1099/W-2/1098/5498 forms)
3. Payer State Copies 
4. State Reconciliation Copies

• Click "Summary Form W-3," and your W-3 form will be downloaded automatically.
