Can I remove the staff assigned to the office location?

Yes, you can remove the staff assigned to the office location if you no longer want them to be a part of that office location. 

You can do this by either of the following methods.

  • From the Manage Staff flow
  • From the Manage Office Location flow

From the Manage staff flow

  • Click the Grid menu and select Manage Staff. 

  • Click Manage Office Location next to the staff member to view the office locations associated with this staff member.

  • Select the office location(s) and click Remove Selected Office Location. 

The office location will be removed and will not be tagged with the staff member or vice versa.

From the Manage Office Location flow

  • Click the Grid menu and select Account Settings. 

  • Select Manage Office Location to view the added office locations. To learn how to add an office location, click here

  • Click the Delete icon to delete the office location or click Manage staff to remove/add a specific staff to the office location. 

  • Click the delete icon next to the staff member you wish to remove, or you can also select multiple staff and click “Remove Selected Staff Members” 

  • The selected staff will be removed from the office location or vice versa.
