Can I deactivate a staff member’s TaxBandits access?

TaxBandits offers staff management tools for your TaxBandits Tax Professional account. This allows you to assign certain privileges to your staff members, and it also allows you to edit and revoke their account access as needed. 

Follow the steps below to revoke a staff member’s account access: 

  • Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
  • Click on the Grid menu>> Manage Staff. 
  • Under the Action column, click the “three dots” icon and choose Deactivate Staff Access.

The staff member’s account access will be revoked, and they will no longer be able to access the businesses that were assigned to them. You can reactivate the staff member’s account access and re-assign them to businesses in the future if needed.
