How do I purchase prepaid credits in TaxBandits?

By purchasing prepaid credits, you maximize your savings when filing a high volume of forms. You do not have to spend time making payments for our services when filing the return. You can purchase the credits for only the forms you expect to file in TaxBandits. Moreover, the credits you purchase can be used for multiple EINs. 

You can purchase credits for filing 1099, W-2, 5498, 940, 941, 943, 944, 945, 940 Schedule R, 941 Schedule R, and ACA forms with Federal and State agencies. We also provide an option to buy credits for our add-on services, such as postal mailing and online access.

There are a couple of ways you can purchase prepaid credits:

• Contact our support team at 704.684.4751 if you want to buy more than 1000 credits.
• Purchase directly within your TaxBandits account.

Follow the steps below to purchase credits in TaxBandits:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the Home screen, click the Grid Menu >> Credits.

• Click Add Credits under 1099/W-2/5498 Forms, 94X Forms, or ACA Forms, whichever is required. 

• Enter the number of credits required for each service and the amount you should pay will be displayed. 
• Review the credit details and click Review Order.
• Click Complete Your Order and provide your credit card information to purchase the order.

Note: When you file forms with us, the credits will be automatically applied based on the number of unused credits you have in your account.
