How do I download or print the transmitted ACA forms?

Once the return is transmitted to the IRS, you can download copies of Form 1095-B/C and 1094-B/C through any of the following ways:

• From the ACA dashboard
• From the Distribution Center

To download copies of ACA forms from the dashboard, follow the steps below:

• From the ACA Dashboard, click Form 1095-B/Cs. A copy of the form will be downloaded to your desktop, and you can keep it for your records.
   

To download or print the form copies from the distribution center, follow the steps below:

• From the home dashboard, click “Distribution Center."

• Click “ACA Forms”

 

• Select the tax year and payer/employer. You can view the forms that were filed for the tax year by the selected employer.
• Choose the respective form and click Download Form 1094/1095 under the Action Column to download the form.

Once the form is downloaded, you'll be able to print it. Additionally, you can access the copies from the distribution center anytime.
