If I delete the vendors' information in TaxBandits, will it be deleted from my FreshBooks account?

No, it will not delete the information in the FreshBooks account, as syncing between FreshBooks and TaxBandits is a one-way process.  
This means any change in data or deletions made in your TaxBandits account will not affect the information in your FreshBooks account.
