I have prepared my Form 941-X. What should I do next?

Once you finish providing all the necessary information in the 941-X form,  you need to download, print and mail a paper copy of Form 941-X to the IRS.

To do so, follow the steps below:

• Click the 94x dashboard. 
• From the 94x dashboard, select ‘Amended returns’ and click the ‘Print Forms’ button from the left of the screen to download the completed 941-X forms.

• Now, click on ‘Download Forms’ to download your 941-X form along with Schedule B and Form 8974.  If you are correcting Schedule B (Form 941) or Form 8974. attach them with your Form 941-X, and make sure to mail your Form 941-X on or before the due date to avoid penalties.
