As a Payer, would I be able to send a reminder if the contractor hasn't acted on the W-9 request?

If you find your contractor hasn't submitted the form, you can resend the request from your TaxBandits' dashboard. In this case, the link sent in the previous email will be expired.
To resend the W-9 request email, follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
- Click on the W-9/W-8BEN menu.
- A list of vendor information will be displayed. Under the Action column, click on the Resend option against the required recipient.
Once you click it, recipients will receive the W-9 request email.
