How do I bulk upload my 1099-NEC data in TaxBandits?

Taxbandits provides the bulk upload option for all 1099 series to make the filing process easier. For the form 1099-NEC, you can bulk upload the data using your own file or the default TaxBandits template. 

Follow the steps below to bulk upload your 1099-NEC data in TaxBandits. 

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account. 
Step 2: In the dashboard, Start New >> Forms >> choose the Form type as 1099-NEC.

Step 3: Select the tax year for which you need to file the 1099-NEC form. 

Step 4: To bulk upload Form 1099-NEC data, click “Start now” under Upload Excel/CSV File.

Step 5: Provide the Business information. If you have already filed for the business, then click Select Business to autofill the details in the form.  If it is a new business, enter the details manually and click Save & Continue.

 

Step 6: Upload the form information using our Standard Template or Your Own File and click Continue. However, it is important to note that your own file must be either in Excel/CSV format. 

Hereby, you have successfully bulk uploaded your Form 1099-NEC data. Once the data are bulk uploaded in TaxBandits, fix the errors if they exist and proceed with the form filing.
