How to print/download 94x forms in TaxBandits?

TaxBandits allows you to download and print 94x form copies for your reference once you have transmitted the returns to the IRS. The copies will be available for you under the 'Print Forms' menu.

Follow the steps below to download your 94x form copies:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the dashboard, navigate to the 'Print Forms' menu and switch to the 94x tab.

 

• Select the Tax year, Payer/Employer Name, and Form type. All the specific forms transmitted under this payer will be displayed. Under the Action column, you can download the 94x forms along with any associated signature forms (EX. 8453-EMP) or schedules.
