If the recipient doesn’t respond to the W-9 /W-8BEN request, can I resend the email?

If your recipient doesn't respond to the request by submitting their form, you can resend the request. Please note when you resend the email, the link in the first email request will expire. 

 To resend the W-9/W-8BEN request email, 

Step 1: Head to the “W-9/W-8BEN” Dashboard.



Step 2:  Select “Resent Request”  against the recipient under the “Action” tab.
