Yes, TaxBandits gives you another option to sign in to your account using the phone number if you cannot use the authenticator app, where you receive authentication codes. 

So, when you have lost the mobile device on which you installed your authentication app or cannot use the authenticator app, you can take any of the following steps to sign in to your account.

1. Recover your account using the verified phone number.

• On the 2 Factor Authentication page, click Try Another Way. The One Time Access code will be sent to your verified phone number.

• Enter the One Time Access code received to your phone number and click Verify. If you did not receive the code, click Resend OTA.

Once your identity has been verified, you will be granted access to your TaxBandits account and begin filing Form W-2, 1099, W-4, W-9, 1095, 94x Series, and more. This, in turn, enhances the security of your TaxBandits account and protects it from unauthorized access.
