How to import 1099-MISC/1099-NEC recipient information from Zoho Books?

TaxBandits allows you to import the vendor details and payment history from your ZohoBooks account to file Form 1099.
Follow the steps below to import Form 1099 recipient information from ZohoBooks to TaxBandits to file Form 1099-NEC and Form 1099-MISC.
- Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
- From the dashboard, click Start New>>Form
- Choose the Form type (1099-MISC/1099-NEC)
- Select the Tax Year you are required to file.
- To import details from ZohoBooks to Taxbandits, click the Connect to ZohoBooks button against the ZohoBooks accounting software.
- Enter your Zoho Books login credentials, and click Accept to allow Taxbandits to access data from your Zoho Books account.
- Once successfully connected, select the Organization/Business.
- Review the business details imported from the Zoho Books account to Taxbandits, edit the details as needed, and click Save & Continue.
- Review the recipient payment information imported from your Zoho Books account and edit the details as needed. If there are any errors or missing information, you can easily fix them under the ‘Errors’ tab. To edit errors in bulk, click ‘Export Errors.’
- Once the errors are fixed, click Continue Filing to proceed with transmitting the forms to the IRS.
- Review the forms, select any add-on services you require before transmitting them to the IRS, and click 'Continue.'
- Finally, review your Cart Summary, click the Complete Your Order button, and proceed to provide your card details in order to Pay and Transmit the form to the IRS.
Once you have transmitted the forms to the IRS, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details to your registered email address. You can also view the status of your forms from the 1099/W-2 Dashboard in your TaxBandits account.
TaxBandits also supports importing your vendor details from QuickBooks and XERO to file Forms 1099-MISC and 1099-NEC.
