Do you support 1099 filing for all states?

TaxBandits supports 1099 state filing with the states that require it. However, the following states don’t have any 1099 state filing requirements. 

• Alaska
• Florida
• Nevada
• New Hampshire
• New York
• South Dakota
• Tennessee
• Texas
• Washington
• Wyoming

Note: If you need to file a Form 1099 with any of the states mentioned above, you can still provide the required state information and e-file the form through TaxBandits.
