How to choose the print formats while downloading the form copies?

For 1099 Copies: 

While downloading 1099 copies, you will have the option to choose the print format as 1 copy per page or 2 copy per page. 

• If you choose the option of 1 copy per page, each form copy will be displayed on a separate page.
• If you choose the option of 2 copy per page, each form copy will appear twice on a single page.

For W-2 copies: 

If you are trying to download W-2 form copies from the distribution center, then you get an option to choose 4-Up Copy for the print format. This means that the same copy will appear four times on a single page in the downloaded PDF.
