TaxBandits allows employees to access their W-2s and 1099s through a secure online portal.
Follow these instructions to track your employees’ online access:
- Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
- From the dashboard, click 1099/W-2.
- Select the Business Name and click the "Transmitted Forms" tab to view the employees/contractors to whom you have filed forms.
- Under the Add-Ons column, If Online Access is enabled, then the Online Access icon will be enabled. Once enabled, you can also view the status of the form, such as Sent, Viewed, or Downloaded.
