My employees didn't receive the ACA Form Online Access email from TaxBandits. What can I do next?

If your employees did not receive the Online Access email for the ACA form, you could resend it. 

Follow these steps to resend the Online Access invite:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the dashboard, go to the Distribution Center.

• Click “ACA Forms” under Online Access. 

• Click "Manage" next to the business to which the particular employee is associated

• Click on the "Resend Invite" button and confirm that you want to resend the invite to the employee/recipient. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Once you have completed these steps, the employee will receive an email with instructions to view and download their transmitted forms online.
