My employees didn't receive the ACA Form Online Access email from TaxBandits. What can I do next?

You can resend the invite if your employees did not receive the Online Access email for the ACA form. 

Follow these steps to resend the Online Access invite:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the dashboard, click ‘Online Access’ and navigate to ACA.

• Under the ‘Online Access - Enabled’ column, you can view the forms of the employers to whom you’ve already sent the online access invite. Click ‘View Form’ to access the forms with online access.

• Then, select the recipient and click ‘Resend Invite’ to send the online access invitation once again.

Once you have completed these steps, the employee will receive an email with instructions to view and download their transmitted forms online.
