How do I mask SSNs in printed W-2 copies?

TaxBandits allows you to download W-2 form copies with masked SSNs, which adds an extra level of security for the recipient.

Follow these instructions to mask SSNs in W-2 form copies: 

Step 1: Sign in to your TaxBandits account.

Step 2: From the dashboard, navigate to the ‘Print Forms’ menu.

Step 3: Select the payer and click ‘Recipient’ next to the corresponding payer to download the required W-2 recipient copy.

Step 4: Select the Masked PDF option and click ‘Download PDF’. 

Once done, your W-2 form copies will be downloaded with masked TINs.
