TaxBandits has a built-in feature that allows you to download copies as a consolidated PDF. When preparing copies to mail to recipients, you can download the copies as a consolidated PDF from the Distribution Center and extract them.
Follow these steps to download it as a consolidated PDF:
- Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
- From the Dashboard, click Distribution Center.
- Use filters to select the Tax year, Form type, Business Name, and form distribution status. Once selected, click Go. The businesses in your account will be displayed based on the filters you applied.
- To download transmitted form copies, click Print Forms against the business.
- Select the recipients for whom you need to download copies and click Download Forms.
- The form copies are available for download with or without the TIN masking. Select “Download As Consolidated PDF” to download the form copies in a PDF file.
