How to print and download my W-2 and W-3 forms copies?

After transmitting the W-2 forms, you can print and download copies from the 'Print Forms' menu. You can simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to 'Print Forms'.

Step 2: Select the payer whose forms you want to print. Under the 'Summary Form' column, you'll have the option to download the W-3 form. Then, you can choose the type of W-2 copy you want to download– Payer, State, and Recipient. 

Step 3: You can download specific copies for each form type or use the bulk options to download multiple form types at once.  

Step 4: To download copies for specific recipients, click 'View Forms' and then download the required form by clicking the download icon from the Action column. 

Step 5: Once downloaded, the ZIP folder will be available in the Downloads folder of your computer. You must fully extract the ZIP folder to open and print the PDF of your requested form.
