How do I download form copies with masked TINs?

TaxBandits allows you to download form copies with masked TINs from the Distribution Center. This adds an extra level of security for the recipient.
Please note that the steps below are applicable to all forms.
Follow these instructions to mask TINs in form copies:
- Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
- From the dashboard, click Distribution Center.
- Use filters to select the Tax year, Form type, Business Name, and form distribution status. Once selected, click Go. The businesses in your account will be displayed based on the filters you applied.
- To download transmitted form copies, click Print Forms against the business.
- Select the recipients for whom you need to download copies and click Download Forms.
- Click Download Forms with Masked TIN to mask the TINs in the downloaded copy. You can either Download it as a ZIP folder or Download it as a consolidated PDF.
- Once you download the PDF copies, you can print them and send them to the recipients. The TINs in the print copies would be replaced with Xs, reducing the risk of identity theft.
