How do I download copies of Forms 1099 once they are transmitted in TaxBandits?

TaxBandits provides you with an option to download and print 1099 form copies for your reference once you have transmitted the returns with the IRS. The copies will be available for you under the Distribution Center. Follow the steps below to download your form copies:

• Sign in to your TaxBandits account.
• From the Dashboard, navigate to the Distribution Center.

• In the "Print Forms" tab, you'll see a list of recipients.
• Select the recipients for whom you want to print forms, then click “Print Copies” above the form details. You also have the option to download the Summary Forms and State Reconciliation forms if applicable.

• To print in bulk, click “Select All” above the list of recipients and then click on “Print Copies”.

• For printing and mailing purposes, you must choose the Individual option.

Note: You can download the copies in 2 formats – “1 UP Copy” and “2 UP Copy.” If you choose the “1 UP Copy,” each form will be printed on a separate page. If you opt for the “2 UP Copy,” two forms will be printed on a single page. For printing and mailing purposes, you must download the copies in print format, 1 copy per page (1 UP).
