How do I enable/disable state E-File from the Review and Select Services page?

If the state details are already included in the imported 1099 form, then the State E-file option will be enabled on the Review and Select Services page by default.
If none of the forms have state tax information, then the State E-File option will not be enabled. If you want to edit the form and include state information, you can enable the State E-File option and proceed to transmit.
If you want to disable the State E-File for the imported 1099 forms, then disable the option. A pop-up window will appear to confirm that you are opting out of state filing. Once confirmed, the State E-Filing will be disabled.
