TaxBandits offers business owners the ability to add their staff members to their accounts for more efficient filing. Adding and assigning your staff members to businesses in your account is another way to ensure that filing is easy, secure, and streamlined.
- Sign in/Sign up with TaxBandits.
- Select the Grid menu → Manage Staff from the dashboard.
- Click Add Staff to enter the staff member’s information.
- Enter their name and email address. Then, click Add & Invite. Once you click this button, an email invitation is sent to your staff members automatically.
- Click Assign Business beside the staff member you want to assign businesses to.
- Select the businesses you want to assign to the staff and click Assign.
The staff member will then receive an email prompting them to access their account by setting a password. All the staff members you invite can access the businesses assigned to them. They can sign in to their account to prepare forms, upload form details, pay, and transmit them to the IRS/SSA.
As the admin, you can manage your staff at any time from your settings. You have the option to deactivate the staff access and review their activity through the activity log.
